Our Columbia, South Carolina, law firm was started by our founding attorneys Ron Cox and David Proffitt. Ron Cox's career has been devoted to complex civil litigation on behalf of individuals, small businesses, and large companies. He has concentrated much of his practice on serious personal injuries, class actions, and toxic exposure cases. David Proffitt has worked extensively in the areas of plaintiff's personal injury, financial services litigation, class actions and appeals, representing individuals, small businesses and large companies. He served as a law clerk and staff attorney with the South Carolina Supreme Court, and is admitted to practice law in South Carolina and North Carolina.
